How It Works

2. Send Us Your Device or Walk In

  • Prefer to walk in? Visit our nearest service center for faster service.
  • Pack your device securely and ship it to our nearest service center, or simply walk in for immediate assistance.
  • Include a copy of your warranty (if applicable).

3. Professional Calibration

  • Our experts will test your device to ensure it remains accurate.
  • If your device is found to be inaccurate, we will replace it with a new one under warranty.
  • A detailed calibration report will be provided.

4. Pick Up or Receive Your Calibrated Device

  • If you walked in, collect your calibrated device on the same visit or as advised.
  • For shipped devices, your device will be returned promptly, ready for accurate readings.

Pricing

  • Free Calibration: Available for devices under warranty (worth RM150).
  • Standard Calibration: RM5 for out-of-warranty devices.
