How It Works

- Prefer to walk in? Visit our nearest service center for faster service.
- Pack your device securely and ship it to our nearest service center, or simply walk in for immediate assistance.
- Include a copy of your warranty (if applicable).
3. Professional Calibration
- Our experts will test your device to ensure it remains accurate.
- If your device is found to be inaccurate, we will replace it with a new one under warranty.
- A detailed calibration report will be provided.

4. Pick Up or Receive Your Calibrated Device

Pricing
- Free Calibration: Available for devices under warranty (worth RM150).
- Standard Calibration: RM5 for out-of-warranty devices.
